Our Offerings
Our passion is to educate individuals in Governance in sport. We desire for the education to be accessible for all levels of leaders, whether they are looking to become a leader in sport, or improve their skills while already in a leadership position.
We offer solutions for International Federations (IFs) who want to improve their governance standards, particularly relating to the governance education offered to their National Federations (NFs). We do this by creating bespoke education services, offering discounts to our current education, consulting on specific governance concerns, holding webinars - and learning seminars in order to up-skill NF leaders.
IF Solutions
As an International Federation who is subject to ASOIF's governance review, you will understand that up-skilling and educating your National Federations in governance is critical.
Having your NFs improve their governance, will improve the overall running of your sport. Allowing your sport to grow internationally, and for athletes to be treated fair and well.
We want to help you elevate your governance and we are here to make a solution fit your needs.
We are able to tailor education based on the needs of your organisation, to align the virtual learning to your statutes, and internal governance standards.
Should you wish to use our existing curriculum, we are able to offer discounts and specific use cods for your Federation.
We are able to offer onsite education, should you desire specific topics to be handled in person.
If you are needing to recruit for specific governance and leadership positions, we will aim to share potential candidates with you - helping you achieve the strategic goals your organisation has set out.
Ultimately - we want to raise the governance level worldwide, and we want to partner with you to make that happen!
As a National Olympic Committee you understand the importance of good governance, and you likely have national standards you need to adhere to. Yet giving the support necessary to your national federations may seem like a task that is just a bit outside of your wheel house.
This is where we come in. We are able to tailor education services in order to suit the specific national needs of your organisation. Either through tailoring our online education, offering specific education for YOUR nation. Or by hosting webinars, seminars or working sessions for your National Federations (or the NOC itself!)
Our goal is to not just improve the Governance in the International Federations Realm, but worldwide. We believe that good governance is critical for organisations to thrive, and for the safety, and equity of athletes.
